OUR STORY

From SAP boutique to AI-enabled nearshore consultancy.

Acerti was founded as a boutique SAP services firm with consultants split between the USA and the Middle East. The model worked, but two things changed.

First, North American companies started asking for nearshore alternatives that could work in real-time. Second, AI made it possible to build matching, code review, and tier-1 support that genuinely improved outcomes instead of just looking modern in a deck.

In 2024 we redefined the business: US-headquartered, operationally based in Mexico and LATAM, AI woven into the parts of delivery where it earns its keep. The mission stayed the same.

Delaware, USA. Our operating presence is in Mexico City and across LATAM, where consultants are hired and managed. Clients contract directly with the US LLC — legal, IP, and tax sit in one jurisdiction.
