Can we switch models mid-engagement?

Yes. The most common path is Project-Based → Managed Team once we both know the shape of the work. We don't charge a transition fee — the SOW just gets re-papered.

Who owns the IP we build together?

You do. Every contract assigns all work product to the client. Acerti retains nothing other than aggregated, anonymized learning data used internally for matching and estimation.

What happens if a consultant isn't a fit?

Replace them. No questions, no fee. The Acerti tech lead joins every kick-off so we catch fit issues early; if one slips through, the replacement is on us.

Do you require minimums or retainers?

No. Project-Based and Augmentation are month-to-month. Managed Teams require a 90-day notice on the way out so we can backfill the squad gracefully.

Do consultants work in our time zone?

Yes — our LATAM hubs sit inside PST–EST. We commit to a minimum of four hours of real-time overlap with your team's working day.

How does pricing compare to onshore?

Senior LATAM rates run 40–60% below US onshore. Real-world savings against US/Canada agency rates have averaged ~50% across past engagements.
